Rafael Dubrovsky – President  
Rafael founded Dafron in 1939 and has been its President ever since. Despite his advanced age, he has retained his vitality, and thanks to his invaluable 70+ years of experience, is still making important contribution to the company. 
One of Israel 's industrial community's most revered "wise old men", he has received numerous awards for his vision and pioneering accomplishments. He has a degree in Civil Engineering.

Joseph Dubrovsky-CEO
Joseph has held the post of CEO since 1992. He started working in Dafron in 1970 just after finishing his army duty as an officer in the Ordnance Corps. His first position in the company was in the Marketing Department., where he founded and developed the company's exporting department from scratch, ransforming it from a purely local supplier into a major exporter. He then took over Product Managmeent, before assuming the post of CEO.  He has a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from the Technion in Haifa.

Shlomo Dubrovsky – VP and CTO
Shlomo has been with the company for over 35 years. He joined the company after completing his military service as an aeronautical mechanic with the IAF. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

Avraham Thiberger-CFO
Avraham is an experienced financial executive. He joined the company over two decades ago, and has been in our Finance Dept. ever since. Before joining Dafron, he worked in the financial departments of Tadiran and Koor. He has a B.A in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University .

Avraham Buganim-VP Marketing
Avraham "Bugy" joined the company in 1983, after a successful career (Lt. Col.- Military Intelligence), in the IDF. He has an MA from Tel Aviv University
